John Olivier

John Olivier is an accomplished real estate development professional with extensive experience spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Development and Principal at ScanlanKemperBard Companies since February 2015, John has a strong track record of success in acquisitions, financing, and project management. Prior roles include Vice President at Williams & Dame Development, where John led investment teams to acquire over $200 million in distressed debt and structured private placement offerings exceeding $250 million since 2010. John has also held key positions at M2 Development and Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., focusing on complex transactions and entitlement processes. John holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
