Serita Spriggs

Serita Spriggs is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Supplier Business Manager at ScanSource since June 2022, Serita previously held the position of Account Manager at ScanSource KBZ from June 2018 to June 2022. Serita's earlier career includes significant roles at Cisco, where responsibilities included managing critical deals and partner care functions from May 2004 to August 2016, and at the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative, where Serita handled complex technical support and service issues from November 1999 to April 2004.
