Alexandre Despesse

Alexandre Despesse is an accomplished professional with experience in research and development, particularly in the fields of plastic engineering and local agriculture. As R&D Project Leader Outsourcing at Scapa since December 2022, Alexandre oversees project management. Concurrently, as Conseiller délégué at Ville de Valence since March 2020, responsibilities include local production and commerce initiatives.
