Chris Lazongas

Chris Lazongas is an experienced medical professional currently serving as an Intensivist at Scarborough Health Network since July 2011 and a Toxicologist at the Ontario Poison Centre since January 2014. Previously, Chris held the position of Residency Program Director for Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Toronto from July 2018 to October 2022 and completed a residency in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Clinical Pharmacology at the same institution from July 2006 to June 2012. Chris earned an M.D. from the University of Toronto from 2002 to 2006 and a B.Sc. in Human Biology from 1999 to 2002.
