Noura Gharibo Shaw

Noura Gharibo Shaw serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Associate Vice President, People at Scarborough Health Network since January 2023. In addition to this role, Noura is a Board Member at Healthcare Collaborative Benefits and York Hills Centre for Children, Youth, and Families, where Noura also chairs the Governance Committee. Previously, Noura held senior HR leadership positions at Humber River Hospital, Women's College Hospital, and various roles at York University, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Providence Healthcare, and North York General Hospital. Noura's educational background includes a Master of Human Resources Management from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
