Alessandra Tanzi

Alessandra Tanzi has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on HR management and implementation of HR processes. Alessandra is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at SCARPA. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager Corporate at De'Longhi Group, where they were responsible for implementing HR processes and managing a team of HR Business Partners. Alessandra also has experience as an HR Manager Italy at ASICS Europe BV, where they implemented HR guidelines and oversaw HR matters for the Italian subsidiary. Earlier in their career, Alessandra worked as an HR Business Partner at Geox S.p.A., a Recruiting and Training Specialist at Fidia Farmaceutici S.p.A., and a Recruiter at Adecco.

Alessandra Tanzi completed their undergraduate degree in Laurea in Lettere Moderne from Università degli Studi di Padova from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at Stogea from 2003 to 2004.
