Chief Technology Officer - Ignite® at Scate Technologies

Stephen Sadler has a long and varied work experience. Stephen began their career in 1996 as the Director of Engineering at Veltri Metal Products (now Flex'n'Gate). In 2001, they became the Chief Technical Officer at SCATE Technologies and the Chief Technology Officer at Ignite® & Ignite®CAST. In 2004, they began working as an Adjunct Professor at Oakland Community College and as the Head Soccer Coach at Alliance Soccer Club. In 2005, they became a Soccer Coach at Orion, Oxford Soccer, and in 2009 they were promoted to Head Soccer Coach at Oxford Wildcats. In 2011, they became the Chief Executive Officer and COB at Buz.FM. In 2014, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Monsterfoot, and in 2018 they co-founded Folktellers Studios and Folktellers Universe, where they held the roles of Writer, Creator, Executive Producer, and Partner/Producer. In 2019, they became the Chief Digital Officer at Zappa Records, and in 2018 they co-founded Ocular3D Systems and held the role of Co-Founder and Director of Product Development.

Stephen Sadler has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Vehicle Design & Engineering from Central Michigan University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from St. Clair College. Stephen also holds a U.S. National Soccer Federation Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation obtained in September 2015, as well as a variety of certifications from IBM, DELMIA, POWERWAY, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Forming Technologies Inc, Veltri International Group, Inc., Dassault Systèmes, and the Association of Coordinate Metrology Canada. These certifications were obtained between 1994 and 2015 and cover topics such as Redhat Linux System Administration, Lotus Domino R4.5 Application Development, Deneb UltraSpot - 3D Simulation & Offline Robotic Weld Programming, Powerway - Quality Planner, FMEA - Failure Mode Effects Analysis, PAP - Product Assurance Planning, Process Planning & Estimating, QS-9000 Internal Auditor Training, Draw Die Computer 3D Simulation - Fastform, Draw Die Development (Metal Stamping Dies), CATIA V4 - 3D Advanced Curves & Surfaces, MSC/Aries - 3D Geometric Design, and MSC/Aries/Nastran Finite Element Modeler and Analysis.
