Kevin de Jong

Kevin De Jong is a Project Finance Manager at Scatec ASA since July 2023, with previous experience as a Senior Associate at WaterBorne Capital from February 2021 to June 2023, providing financial advisory services in infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors. Prior to that, Kevin worked at HSBC, serving as a Corporate Associate from September 2016 to January 2021, managing a portfolio of Cape Town-based JSE listed clients, and as a Credit Analyst from June 2013 to August 2016, focusing on credit services for listed entities. Kevin began their career at HSBC as a Graduate Trainee in early 2013 and also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Kevin is currently pursuing a Master of Finance at the University of Cape Town, following an MBA from the same institution and a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) in Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
