Frank B.

Frank B. has over 30 years of experience in HR and change management roles. Frank started their career at Thales in 1992 and later moved on to positions at AMSCO, KPMG, Dufry Group, and Shell. At Shell, they worked as a Global Human Resources and Change Manager before becoming the Eu Talent Acquisition Manager. Frank then joined InnoEnergy as a Change and HR Director. Currently, Frank is the People & Organization Director at Scatec ASA, a renewable energy solutions provider.

Frank B. obtained their Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Leiden University in 1991. In 2006, they received a certification as an ICF accredited coach from the International Coaching Federation.
