Gisele Marchand

Gisele Marchand is currently a board member at Scatec Solar. Gisele has previously held positions at Boligbygg Oslo KF, NorgesGruppen, Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS, Norgesgruppen Finans Holding AS, Eiendomsspar, Selvaag Bolig, Gjensidige, and Eksportfinans ASA.

Marchand began their career in finance, working at Eksportfinans ASA from December 2007 to November 2014. In this role, they were responsible for providing long-term loans to Norwegian export businesses.

Gisele then transitioned to the role of administrator at Selvaag Bolig, before becoming CEO of Gjensidige, one of Norway's largest financial services companies.

In November 2014, Marchand took on the role of Adm.dir. at Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS. Gisele held this position until January 2018, when they joined the board of Scatec Solar.

Gisele Marchand is a civil economist who graduated from Copenhagen Business School.
