Kine Johanne Årdal

Kine Johanne Årdal began their career as a Summer Intern at Phillips Petroleum in 2001 before advancing to various roles at Chevron, where they served as an Exploration Geologist, Lead Geologist, and also participated in the XYZ Network. Following this, they joined Spring Energy Norway AS as Lead Explorationist before moving to Tullow Oil, where they held positions as Team Leader. Kine Johanne then transitioned to Robotic Resource Insight AS as CEO and Digital Business Consultant, eventually becoming a Digitalization Engineer at Aker BP ASA. Kine Johanne later took on the role of Digitalisation Manager at Pandion Energy AS. Most recently, they have held positions at Cognite, first as a Customer Success Director and then as a Senior Director Strategic Customer Services. Presently, Kine Johanne Årdal serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) at Scatec ASA.

Kine Johanne Årdal holds a Master's Degree in Petroleum Geology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) obtained between 1997-2002. Kine Johanne also pursued an MSc in Petroleum Geology at The University of Texas at Austin in 2000-2001. In 2014, they participated in Leadership Development at Female Future, NHO/Norsk Olje og Gass. Later, in 2016-2017, they studied Executive Master of Management in Strategic Business Development & Innovation at BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, in 2017, they acquired certifications in MSP Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner, and Data Analysis & Visualization with Power BI.
