Marsia Brancken

Marsia Brancken currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at SCC since October 2025. Previously, Marsia held the position of Head of Client Services (Private Sector) and Delivery Principal at Scott Logic from July 2021 to November 2025. Marsia's extensive experience includes roles such as Portfolio Director and Programme Director at Mastek (March 2017 - June 2021), and various management positions at Asda, 1st Central, SSP Limited, Prognos Ltd, Maven Ltd, Maven Technologies, and Guardian National Insurance, spanning from 1996 to 2016. Marsia holds a B.Sc in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 1993 and 1995, and a Matric degree from Hoerskool Jeugland, obtained in 1992.
