Managed Accounts Director at SCC

Simone Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they worked at Asolvi as the Head of Customer Experience starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Managed Accounts Director at SCC since December 2018. Simone also had experience at M2 as the Head of Customer Relationship Management from March 2015. Before that, they worked at IESA Ltd as the Head of Client Relationship Management, where they managed a portfolio of accounts including Jaguar Land Rover and Astra Zeneca. Simone's earlier roles include being a Key Account Manager at Carillion PLC, a Business Connector at Business in the Community, and a National Account Manager at Carillion PLC. Simone also gained experience at Euler Hermes UK Plc as a Business Unit Manager and Contact Centre Manager.

Simone Taylor obtained a BA Honours degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Liverpool from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Bolton School from 1989 to 1997. Simone also obtained certifications in CIPD from CIPD Qualifications, ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PRINCE2.com, and Strategic/Conceptual Selling Miller Heiman in 2014.
