Lauren Vint-McGee

Lauren Vint-McGee has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Lauren is currently the Head of Resourcing & Operations at Scede, where they partner with tech companies and games studios to help them achieve their hiring goals. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Scede, where they were responsible for attracting top talent in the recruitment industry and managing a global team.

Before joining Scede, Lauren worked at Reed Talent Solutions as the Head of RPO Talent Delivery, where they drove performance and innovation in recruitment process outsourcing. Lauren also worked as a Project & Engagement Manager, delivering complex implementations for large outsourced recruitment solutions.

Lauren has also worked at InterQuest Group as the Director of Talent Advisory Services, where they developed a new business area focused on Talent Acquisition Strategy. Lauren also served as the Head of PMO / Client Services Director, overseeing the development of a new PMO team and driving continuous improvement across RPO and MSP clients.

Prior to their roles at InterQuest Group, Lauren worked at Futurestep, A Korn Ferry Company, as the Head of Continuous Improvement & Sourcing, EMEA, where they led improvement programs and implemented sourcing strategies. Lauren also worked as an RPO Project Manager, delivering continuous improvement and account plans for clients.
