Rew Hawkins

Rew Hawkins has a diverse work history in the recruitment and technology industries. They started their career at Triangle Information Management as a Technical Support Analyst from July 2014 to June 2016. Following this, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ward Smith Recruitment Ltd from June 2016 to September 2018, specializing in IT, Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, and Engineering industries. From October 2018 to December 2020, Rew worked as a Software & Test Recruitment Consultant at Advanced Resource Managers - Technology & Engineering Recruitment, where they achieved significant growth in revenues and received numerous awards. They then transitioned to the role of Senior Talent Partner via Scede at Klarna from January 2021 to June 2022 and at WeGift from June 2022 to November 2022. Rew's experience in talent partnerships continued at Space Ape Games from March 2023 to January 2024 as a Senior Talent Partner via Scede. Currently, they are working as a Senior Principal Recruiter at Scede, where they provide recruitment solutions to tech companies and games studios, helping them scale their teams effectively.

Rew Hawkins attended South Downs College from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a high school degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they attended Bohunt School from 2006 to 2011, completing their high school education. In terms of additional certifications, Rew Hawkins has obtained a Level 3 Certificate in ICT Systems & Principles and a Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence from City & Guilds in 2015.
