Amanda Allen

Amanda Allen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Amanda is currently working at Scene Health as a CXO, overseeing the company's operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Design Officer at Scene Health, where they contributed to the company's design strategies from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as a Design Lead at Scene Health from 2015 to 2017.

Before joining Scene Health, they worked at Gensler as a Social Impact Design Strategist from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on designing solutions for societal issues. Additionally, Amanda served as the Creative Director at The Social Innovation Lab, where they played a crucial role in establishing the creative vision and business strategy for early-stage startups from 2012 to 2014.

Amanda also pursued a Master's degree in Social Design at Maryland Institute College of Art from 2012 to 2013. During this time, they gained expertise in using design to drive positive social change.

Amanda's earlier experiences include working as a Project Manager for the Interdisciplinary Poverty Initiative at Baylor University from 2009 to 2011, where they played a significant role in addressing poverty-related issues. Amanda also worked as a Creative Director at Causebound from 2010 to 2011, where they helped college students find affordable textbooks while supporting students in need through book donations.

Their career began with roles such as Co-Editor at Focus Magazine, Baylor University from 2008 to 2009 and an intern at Forum Newsweekly in 2008.

Amanda Allen began their education in 2005 at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
