Dean Ortlieb Cpa

Dean Ortlieb is a CPA, CMA, and MBA with extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Dean is currently serving as the Executive Director of Finance at Scene+. Prior to this, Dean worked at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) as the Director of Finance. In this role, they led the transformation of the Finance Function and managed teams ranging from 4 to 25 personnel.

Dean also had a long tenure at TD, where they held various positions. Dean was an Associate Vice President, directly supporting two Group Heads and leading the financial management for multiple enterprise-wide functions. Dean also served as the Senior Manager of Finance for Retail Banking Products and Services, overseeing a large portfolio of retail products and services. Additionally, Dean worked as a Program Director, leading the integration of TD Bank Group and Commerce Bank in the U.S. Dean also held roles in financial controls and operational risk management at TD.

Earlier in their career, Dean worked as a Financial Advisor at CIBC, a Project Manager at ePost.ca, a Graduate Teaching Assistant at York University, and a Financial Services Intern at BMO Financial Group. Dean also served as a Sales Assistant at BMO Nesbitt Burns. Dean's diverse experience and expertise in finance, management, and program delivery make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Dean Ortlieb has a strong educational background in business and finance. They are a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) through the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. They also hold a degree in Certified Management Accounting (CMA) from CMA Ontario.
