Jekaterina Golubeva

Jekaterina Golubeva has extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. In their most recent role at Scentbird, they worked as a Tier 1 customer experience agent. Prior to that, they were a Service and Support Manager at OnAir Entertainment, where they played a key role in opening a live casino studio from scratch. Jekaterina'sresponsibilities included creating manuals and instructions, training and supervising newcomers, and optimizing department processes. Jekaterina also provided daily support to players in the chat as a level 1 tech support.
