Lillian Fadel

Director of Customer Experience at Scentre Group

Lillian was appointed Director Customer Experience in March 2021. Prior to her appointment to this role she was Group General Manager of Customer Experience. Lillian has worked in the retail property industry for more than 22 years performing leadership roles in workplace health and safety, procurement, facilities, customer experience and development and strategic asset management. She has twenty years of experience working across different roles for Westfield Australia and then Scentre Group.

Lillian holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales and an Executive MBA from the University of Technology Sydney.
