Mark Robinson currently serves as Head of Product and Design at Scentre Group, overseeing digital product initiatives for Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand since July 2022. Prior to this, Mark was with IAG from July 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading customer loyalty programs and product development for innovative insurance solutions. Mark has extensive experience in product management from roles at Yahoo7, where responsibilities spanned a diverse portfolio of digital products, and at Photolibrary, Getty Images, and earlier positions in the UK legal sector. Mark holds an MIT Sloan Organizational Design for Digital Transformation credential, a Graduate Certificate in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a BA (Hons) in Media and Communications from UNSW.
