Shaun Buchaniec

Shaun Buchaniec has a strong background in supply chain management and logistics. Shaun is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Scentsy, Inc. In their previous role as the Senior Director Global Supply Chain at Ansell, they successfully managed and mentored a diverse team of over 50 supply chain professionals in six countries. Before that, they worked as the Director Supply Chain Planning at Landau Uniforms, where they led a team to deliver cost-effective and efficient supply chain processes. Prior to that, Shaun was the Global Inventory Strategy-S&OP Lead at Heritage Home Group, LLC, where they led a team through a supply chain turnaround and implemented standardized inventory strategies. Shaun also served as the Divisional Supply Chain Manager at Cooper Industries, where they reengineered the supply chain department and implemented focused S&OP processes. Shaun has extensive experience in managing logistics and supply chain operations, including their role as the Manager, NAFTA Logistics at Novus International, Inc. Additionally, they have experience as an independent business owner and as an Import Manager at both W.N. Epstein Company and Expeditors International. Shaun Buchaniec holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Shaun also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University, specializing in Industrial Technology, from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in planning and inventory management from the ASCP - Association of Supply Chain Professionals, a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters, and an Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Saint Louis University.
