Lee-Ann Beall, Director of Human Resources joined SHR in January 2017. She is a professional with 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry within the field of Human Resources and Operations at both the property and corporate level.

She has notable experience in strategic human resources planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development as well as management coaching.

She is a believer of all things possible and consistently challenges all associates in becoming the best versions of themselves.
