Romain Lucazeau

Romain Lucazeau is a seasoned executive and consultant with extensive experience in public sector strategy, economic development, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Directeur général at SCET since June 2021, Romain previously held various roles at Roland Berger, including Associé/Partner, where responsibilities focused on public sector competencies and growth strategies. Romain also served as Project Manager at the Institut de l'Entreprise, managing reports on public policies and competitiveness, and worked as a strategy consultant at Monitor Group, specializing in government issues in emerging markets. As an academic, Romain has taught political science and communication at Sciences Po and holds multiple degrees in philosophy and management from prestigious institutions such as the Ecole normale supérieure and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
