Faisal Almazroua

Faisal Almazroua serves as the Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance at King Saud Medical City since September 2008, while also chairing the Institutional Review Board Committee, overseeing research involving human subjects to ensure ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Almazroua's extensive experience includes executive roles in health services management, including as the Associate Executive Director for Health Services and the Assistant Chief Medical Officer. Faisal holds various academic positions, teaching emergency medicine at AlMaarefa University and Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and is involved with multiple health organizations, such as the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and KAQAORG. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Clinical Research and Disaster Medicine, along with a certificate from Harvard Medical School.
