Yasser Alheraish, MD, currently serves as the Chairman of the scientific committee for the pediatric cardiac critical care fellowship program at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties since June 2022. Concurrently, Yasser has held the position of Program Director for the pediatric cardiac critical care fellowship at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre since October 2015, where Yasser also works as a consultant pediatric cardiac intensivist and cardiologist, and is a member of the ECMO steering committee. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Alfaisal University since July 2019, Yasser contributes to academic pursuits in the field. Yasser's training includes completing pediatric cardiology fellowships at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and has been further enhanced by clinical fellowships in Pediatric Intensive Care from the University of Toronto and McMaster University. Yasser earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from King Saud University.
