Dawn Hancock

Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry. She really enjoys the family atmosphere here at Schaal. Dawn is originally from the quad cities, but has lived in the Des Moines area for about 10 years. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family.
