Katie Biondi

Born and raised in Des Moines, Katie earned a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Grand View University. She has been in the customer service industry for more than 15 years and loves that Schaal has such a family atmosphere. Katie started at Schaal as a customer service representative in 2017 and has since moved to an administrative assistant, where her incredible organization skills have been put to great use. Katie is a cat mom to a pesky flat-faced Persian cat named Lorenzo. She is a huge fan of the Iowa State Fair, and you can find her at the fairgrounds all ten days of the fair. She is an amazing chef and loves spending time with her niece Evelyn and her family and friends.
