Bailey Pridmore is an experienced retail and operations leader with a robust background in franchise management and event coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Retail, Events & Wholesale at Schaefer Outfitter since October 2024, Bailey previously held the role of Franchise Operations Manager at Swig and was the Director of Operations at Local Life Realty. Prior experience includes positions as District Manager and Flagship Store Manager at Tecovas, as well as roles at YETI as Flagship General Manager and Flagship Assistant General Manager. Bailey began the career at Magnolia as Assistant General Manager and is an alumnus of the University of North Alabama.
