Justin Kohlman

Justin Kohlman, P.E. has extensive experience in the electrical contracting industry, currently serving as President of Schaeffer Electric Co., Inc. since May 2011. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Vice President of Pre-Construction, overseeing company business development and estimating. At Sachs Electric Company from December 2004 to May 2011, Justin Kohlman excelled as a Project Manager, successfully completing projects for renowned clients such as Chrysler, Toyota, and US Steel. Education includes a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and attendance at The NEXT Academy in 2019, alongside a general studies degree from Hazelwood Central High School.
