Harsha Kadam

Harsha Kadam is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the industrial and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and President of the Industrial Business at Schaeffler, Harsha has previously held the position of CEO at AGI Glaspac and has undertaken multiple roles at SKF, including Director of ETW Business India and Factory Head. Early career experiences include a role as Project Engineer at the Chemical Industries Consulting Bureau and as a Marketing Engineer at Beacon Controls. Educational credentials include an Executive Management degree focused on Finance and Value Creation from the Indian School of Business and an Executive Programme in Strategy and Marketing from the China Europe International Business School.
