Jennipher Allison

Jennipher Allison is a Product Sustainability Officer at Schaeffler, where they focus on integrating sustainability into product development. Previously, they held various positions at Continental, including Value Stream Manager and Head of Strategy & Performance in Engineering, where they led R&D operations and project management initiatives. Jennipher also gained experience at Siemens VDO and Vitesco Technologies, contributing to quality management and technical project excellence. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Connecticut.
