JongBeom Kim

JongBeom Kim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive and electronics industries. Initially starting as a Mechanical Designer at Daewoo Electronics, JongBeom advanced through various roles, including Process Engineer at Hyundai Electronics, where responsibilities included technical transfer and quality improvements. Subsequent positions at Continental involved leadership in Lean Excellence and new plant executions, while also managing quality for critical automotive components. Most recently, JongBeom served as Senior Vice President at Vitesco Technologies, focusing on electrification transformation and product line management, and is currently the COO of EMobility APAC and President of Icheon plant management at Schaeffler. JongBeom holds an executive education certification from Ashridge Executive Education at Hult International Business School.
