About

The board of directors at Schaeffler have a history of experience in fields such as automotive, Heitkamp & Thumann Group, Continental AG, and INA-Holding Schaeffler KG. They also have experience in more research based positions such as Research Assistant at School of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Product Life-cycle manager at Siemens. While the majority of the board members have a business administration and management background, they also hold a range of other degrees such as Mechatronic Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
