Mikhail Novikov

Mikhail Novikov, FCCA, CIA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mikhail currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Constructor Group, where they oversee financial operations for the education and research platform. Prior to this, Mikhail held the position of Director of Finance EMEA at Acronis from November 2010 to July 2022 and served as the Financial Controller for the Russian entity from January 2007 to October 2010. Mikhail also worked as the Head of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Controlling Department at MNP Onshore & Offshore from August 2004 to January 2007. Mikhail began their career as an Assistant Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in January 2001, where they worked until August 2004.

Mikhail Novikov, FCCA, CIA holds a Master of Science degree in Management & Economy from Moscow State Technical University named after N.E.Bauman (MSTU) (1992-1998). Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from MFC Study Center (2007-2008) and a certification of ACCA (FCCA) from the Accounting Tuition Center (2001-2004).
