Vladimir Sitnikov

Vladimir Sitnikov has a strong background in marketing and has held several leadership positions throughout their career. Vladimir started in 2010 as the Head of Performance Marketing at Veeam Software, where they built a high-performance marketing team and planned and executed international marketing strategies. In 2014, they joined JetBrains as the Marketing Lead, where they built a marketing operations team and developed internal data management and automation systems. Sitnikov then moved on to Selectel in 2016 as the CMO, leading various marketing teams and developing an internal analytics system. Vladimir continued their CMO roles at Banuba and capital.com in 2017, where they built skilled marketing teams, created go-to-market strategies, and prepared marketing plans for the board of directors. In 2019, they founded both Hardcore Analytics LLC and Streamed. Vladimir later became the Chief Marketing Officer of Constructor Group in 2020 and an Advisor at Tabula in 2023.

Vladimir Sitnikov holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" in the field of wireless communication systems and networks, as well as microwave electronics. Vladimir also obtained a Specialist degree in PR & mass communications from the same university. Furthermore, they completed the Wharton Online's Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program: Scaling your Business in 2019. Sitnikov also has a certification in Model Thinking from Coursera, obtained in 2012.
