Lionel Bey

Lionel Bey is an experienced sales and engineering professional with a solid background in the power quality and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as Head of Sales for Power Quality EMEA and Switzerland at Schaffner (part of TE Connectivity) since January 2015, Lionel leads local sales strategy implementation, manages the sales network, and oversees the recruitment and development of the sales team. Prior roles include Office Manager and Area Sales Manager at IXYS Corporation, where responsibilities included managing internal sales staff and achieving significant annual turnover in Northern Europe. Lionel's earlier experience includes positions at Rutronik and Digital Logic AG, focusing on sales engineering and technical project management. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from EPFL.
