Lance Manlove

Lance Manlove is a professional in the field of mechanical engineering with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, earned between 1994 and 1998. Since May 2006, Lance has served as the Director of Continuous Innovation at Schell Brothers, contributing to advancements within the company. Prior to this role, Lance worked as a Design Engineer at ILC Dover from June 1998 to April 2006, gaining valuable experience in engineering design and development.
