Nick Wexler

Nick Wexler is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Schell Brothers since March 2003 and as Partner at Ocean Atlantic Associates since 2002. Wexler held the position of COO at The Federated Companies from June 2010 to June 2015, contributing to a national real estate investment group known for its expertise in the acquisition, development, construction, and management of multifamily apartment communities and net lease retail assets. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Enron Energy Services from 2001 to 2002. Wexler earned a degree from Vanderbilt University, attending from 1997 to 2001.
