Caitlin Weir

Caitlin Weir is a seasoned design professional, currently serving as Head of Design at SchemeServe since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing a data-driven design strategy and leading a high-performing design team. Prior to this role, Caitlin held positions as Creative Director at Interphase and Founder & Creative Director at BlueCoo Creative, where management of design teams and digital projects was paramount. Additional experience includes web design and online media specialization at Phillips/Parry and freelance graphic and web design. Caitlin’s educational background includes a Professional Diploma in UX Design from UX Design Institute and a Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Dundee.
