Simon Cowling is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. As Chief Technology Officer at SchemeServe Insurance Software since February 2019, Simon successfully consolidated legacy products into a single application and migrated two decades of development to Azure cloud infrastructure. Previously, Simon served as Head of Engineering at SchemeServe, where oversight of daily operations and resource management facilitated the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Prior roles include Head of Digital at Cre8ion, which involved leading web development and multimedia campaigns, and Head of Development at Carmel Ministries International, where Simon advanced from Web Developer to overseeing all web and media projects.
