Carlo Gatti

Carlo Gatti has extensive experience in logistics and operations, currently serving as Head of Operations for Schenker Logistics since April 2011. In this role, responsibilities include defining and scaling warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement, applying 5S principles, managing national and international transport quotations, overseeing general accounting, and leading the implementation and start-up of new projects focused on operations and operational excellence. Prior to this position, Carlo Gatti worked in the Production Office at Arthema Group from July 2010 to March 2011. Carlo Gatti holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, both from Politecnico di Milano.
