Gianni Lee

Gianni Lee is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist at Schernecker Property Services, Inc. since June 2013, responsible for managing the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs and materials, as well as overseeing internal communication channels. Previously, Gianni held multiple roles including Employee Development and Engagement Coordinator, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, and completed an internship as a Family Intervention Specialist at Youth Villages. Gianni Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Capella University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Assumption University, and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Learning and Development at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Education was completed at Fenway High School with a diploma in 2011.
