Kaitlin Holland

Kaitlin Holland serves as a Salesforce Administrator at Schernecker Property Services, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing Salesforce operations and previously held the position of Associate Salesforce Administrator. Prior experience includes a tenure at BrightView Landscapes, where Kaitlin managed a portfolio of approximately 40 customers, led a Client Service Team, conducted Quality Site Assessments, and oversaw snow services, among other management roles. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Branch Administrator and HR Administrator, with a focus on financial reporting, customer billing, payroll processing, and new hire onboarding. Kaitlin holds an Associate's Degree in English Language and Literature from the Community College of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
