Jan Söderström

Jan Š. currently serves as a Site Support Engineer in Global IT Operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals, providing L1 and L2 coverage for all Teva sites in the Czech Republic. Prior to this role, Jan worked as a Field Support Engineer at AVASO Technology Solutions, supporting a major global customer within the internal Global IT Operations division. From August 2020 to July 2024, Jan was employed at PEGATRON Corporation, initially as a Hardware Technician before transitioning to a Failure Analysis Engineer, delivering B2B services across the EMEIA region.
