Michał Domagalski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and decentralized computing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha also has a background in advisory roles and technical leadership at various organizations, contributing to advancements in self-sovereign finance, decentralized systems, and blockchain technologies. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education with courses at MIT and project management certifications.
