Hakan Halvarsson

Hakan Halvarsson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Schibsted Media Group since September 2011, with a focus on developing organizational culture, leadership values, and fostering a hybrid workplace environment. Prior to this role, Hakan held the position of Nordic HR Director at Unilever from September 2006 to October 2011 and worked at Intel Corporation as People Solutions Manager EMEA and Business Group Human Resources Manager between June 2000 and September 2006. Early in the career, Hakan contributed to HR roles at GTS, including Development & Staffing Manager and HR Manager, and served as a Management Consultant at GP Group. Hakan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Boston University and Vesalius College, completed in 1997.
