Johanna Roman

Johanna Roman is an experienced Engineering Manager currently leading product teams at Blocket and FINN.no, overseeing parts of FINN Jobb and the entire Blocket Jobb, while also contributing to the development of a Nordic platform for multiple markets. Prior to these roles, Johanna served as an Agile Coach at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities included guiding software engineering teams within the Digital Incubator and Innovation, and previously worked as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Johanna’s early career featured positions as a Teaching Assistant at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and various internships, highlighting a strong background in engineering, management, and agile methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, complemented by exchange studies at Technische Universität Berlin and additional coursework in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
