Sam Caylor is an experienced professional in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Oregon State Manager for Schilling Cider since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sam held various positions at Lagunitas Brewing Company from November 2015 to June 2023, including Market Manager for Oregon/SW Washington and Market Manager for OR/WA/AK. Sam also worked as a Sales Manager at Baerlic Brewing Company and as Brand Relations/Team Manager at ON3P Skis. Sam's educational background includes studies at Whatcom Community College and a diploma from Pullman High School.

In 1881, Colin Schilling’s Great-Great-Grandfather, August, founded the Schilling Spice Company in San Francisco. His goal was to bring pure, natural spices to everyone at a fair price. Today, we carry August’s core values forward and pair them with innovative cider-making techniques. All our ciders are handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest. We use only 100% fresh-pressed apples, locally sourced ingredients, and individually hand-selected yeast strains to create a cider experience that is truly unique.
