Andres Pedraza Rayo

Andres Pedraza Rayo is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and supervision. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Schimenti Construction Company since July 2019, Andres has previously held the position of Assistant Superintendent at Tishman Construction, where responsibilities included maintaining project quality standards and communicating with subcontractors. Prior experience also includes leadership roles as Team Leader and Renovations Manager at The Junkluggers, where exceptional customer service and operational management were key achievements. Early career experience includes a summer internship at Mastrogiacomo Engineering, P.C., where architectural drawings were developed and site inspections conducted. Andres holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, acquired in 2015.
