Miriam Nieuweboer has a diverse work experience in various HR and audit roles. Miriam started their career as an Audit Assistant at Arthur Andersen in 1998. Miriam then joined Schindler Deutschland in 2000, where they held several roles including Internal Audit Consultant, HR Controller/Consultant HR Projects, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Business Partner until 2016. At Schindler Group, they served as an HR Business Partner for Global Functions from 2016 to 2021. In 2022, Miriam joined Schindler Deutschland as the Head of Compensation & Benefits. Miriam also worked as the Head of HR (ad interims) at BuildingMinds in 2023.

Miriam Nieuweboer began their education in 1989 at Siemens AG, where they pursued a degree in Industriekauffrau. Miriam completed their studies in 1991. Following this, they enrolled at FU Berlin and graduated in 1997 with a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau, specializing in BWL.
